Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on HOUSE                    
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7 be taken up. The resolution                        
was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                      
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT                        
RESOLUTION NO. 7 Proposing an amendment to the Uniform                         
Rules of the Alaska State Legislature relating to notice of committee          
meetings held during the first week of a first regular session, pass
